In this homage to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Fry is determined to win the Slurm beverage contest by finding the golden bottle cap. When the Professor uses a newfangled X-ray machine to determine that Bender swallowed Amy's watch, Fry gets an idea: He can use the machine to see which Slurm cans have the winning cap. After checking 90,000 cans to no avail, Fry pops one open to quench his thirst. Voila! The winning cap! Upon arriving on Wormulon for a tour of the Slurm plant, Fry, Leela and Bender get sucked down the Slurm river and separated from the tour. They stumble into an off-limits area and discover the addictive secret to Slurm: slimy slug poo! The Slurm Queen soon captures them and they must work together to escape or risk becoming the new Slurm ingredients!
