Idolescence (MTV)
A half-hour comedy pilot purchased by MTV and produced by Bona Fide Productions (of Little Miss Sunshine, Nebraska, and Election fame).
Idolescence was a Larry Sanders-styled parody and deconstruction of the making of successful teen television dramas and all the behind-the-scenes headaches that showrunners, networks, and publicists have to deal with.
The series was not picked up, however. Sniff.
