During his regular workout, Dr. Zoidberg erupts into an unprompted rage. It turns out that it's mating season for lobsters, so the crew journeys to Zoidberg's home planet with plans to watch the festivities. Zoidberg runs into a former girlfriend, Edna, who rejects his elaborate mating dance and calls him an inferior specimen. Fry decides to help Zoidberg win her over by borrowing from Cyrano de Bergerac and employing 20th Century romance tactics. Fry's coaching works, but a little too well. During dinner at the Red Primate, Edna learns the truth and decides to seduce Fry. When Zoidberg discovers them in a compromising position, he challenges Fry to deathmatch!
